It had been a while since I 'd been in Rotterdam
but this day I didn't want to miss, first we
stopped at the cruiseterminal to take some
photos of the ships Artania and MS Rotterdam.
To escape the crowds we headed for the old SS
Rotterdam to relax and watch the cruiseships
leave at 13.00 and 17.00, from the aft deck we
had a great view over the waterway.
The SS Rotterdam is more than a museum/hotel,
she is an icon of an era when ships were the
lifeline of transport and she was the flagship
of the HAL fleet,
her exterior design is fantastic but also her
interiors have been left intact so this all made
a phototour the perfect idea, here are the
results.
