Zeebrugge - Hull  7-9 May 2010

This time I decided to do a special trip, since I had no good car at the time I decided to rely on public transport. I took a train from Hasselt to Bruges, saw an old Lightship there,
then took the P&O bus to Zeebrugge Port to board the "Pride of York" to Hull, she was built in 1987 but great to sail on.
Before setting sail I took some photos of Norfolk Line ferry "Scottish Viking" and cruiseship "Star Princess", both left just before we did.
We left and off course I took some more shots of the port and the ship, I had a full night at sea ahead of me on a nice old lady (ship) with a force 6 seastate.
After entering the small lock at the port of Hull I left the ship to meet up with 2 friends who had a car with them for easy transport so we could explore more.
We went to see the old Spurn lighthouses and the old Withernsea lighthouse before going back to Hull to see the old Spurn lightship.
When I was back on the ship I had the opportunity to see the cruiseship "Ocean Countess" wich is the former Cunard Countess.
Finally we sailed down the Humber river back to sea for another night at sea before returning to Zeebrugge and home.
